Some dentists are just able to do certain procedures. Meaning that if you want to do another procedure, that you should go to someone else, or risk letting a doctor do the procedure that doesn’t really know-how.
The friendliness of the personnel
It is scary and stressful enough to go to the dentist’s clinic. The last thing that you want, is to deal with personnel that isn’t friendly at all.
